I would choose where I can be an asset to an organisation. While many are racing to be in the lead, and having myself there makes me a liability to it , I would rather let someone who can be an asset to fill in that position. I'll fill in what others refuse to fill in if letting it empty means weakness to the organisation as long as I can be an asset there.

Be an asset to an organisation you belong to.
I would choose where I can be an asset to an organisation. While many are racing to be in the lead, and having myself there makes me a liability to it , I would rather let someone who can be an asset to fill in that position. I'll fill in what others refuse to fill in if letting it empty means weakness to the organisation as long as I can be an asset there.
